3. Foundation Membership

Foundation Membership benefits (10% lifetime discount, early access, special offers) are available only to eligible customers who qualify during the Foundation Launch period.

Membership is non-transferable and linked to your verified email account.

We reserve the right to modify or revoke membership if abuse is detected.

4. Modifications To The Service And Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but orders placed before changes will be honoured at the checkout price.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Products and Orders

We design and sell premium apparel and accessories for Masters athletes.

Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you agree that:

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payments may be made via Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay, or Shopify Payments.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Australia within 2 - 3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Standard and Express shipping rates are applied at checkout. Orders over $89 may qualify for free or discounted shipping (see our Shipping Policy).

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We accept returns of unworn, unused apparel in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after inspection.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the GrizzlyIron logo, product names, designs (e.g., SlideShield, StayUp+, JointAlign, Easy-On Fit), images, text, and graphics, are the intellectual property of RVY Trading Pty Ltd.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

GrizzlyIron products are designed for weightlifting and training use but cannot guarantee prevention of all injury.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including injury, damage, or financial loss arising from product use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrizzlyIron, RVY Trading Pty Ltd, and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.
